We at Royal Water Damage are taking measures to promote social distancing while being able to effectively take care of our customers during the Covid19 pandemic. 1. Dash Pro Assist link - A - We send out a link to our customer that allows them to take photos and upload them directly to their file with their phone. B - We send out a Text link that alerts our customers of which tech is on their way, a photo of our tech, how far away they are, and expected arrival time.... C - We send out a Text link when our tech arrives with a photo of the tech. D - We send out a Text link when our tech is leaving with the opportunity for the customer to leave feedback. 2. We use remote monitoring A - To evaluate the drying process and limit the number of trips we need to make to our customers property. This allows us to collect the daily data we need for each loss without physically being onsite making us more social distancing friendly and reduce risk to our customers and employees. B - Send out daily progress reports to our customers and the insurance carriers so they can be kept up to date on the progress of the loss while limiting physical interaction 3. Matterport A - We are offering a Matterport 3-D walk through to carriers and adjusters to allow them to see the loss as if they were onsite without needing to be physically present. 1 before and 1 after B - A Matterport 3-D walk through allow adjusters to take measurements without being onsite so they can create a more accurate repair estimate for the loss. 4. Personal Protective Equipment A - Always using the recommended (plus more) PPE to protect our customers as well as our employees. We are constantly monitoring the best sanitation and disinfection protocols to protect our staff, colleagues and clients.
