2020 was obviously a rough year mentally and physically for all of us. If it wasn't rough for you then you are not a human and I want you to take me to your leader. With that said and thinking with a glass half full mentally 2020 was a year that brought out the best in people. People being human when it counted the most. I'm not ready to forget 2020 because how in the world could we possibly ever do that but I choose to remember 2020 for the year that brought out the best in people. What style are you?? There is so much more to Muay Thai than just hitting and being hit. You have so many different styles and techniques to learn and master. Depending on where you train could determine what style you prefer or simply your height and athletic ability could be the reason you prefer one over the other. These reasons are why I've never gotten bored or felt I've outgrown the art. Dedicate yourself to mastering all the styles but first make sure you are the master of one.
