It's Fall! Now that the temperature has finally dropped, it's the perfect time to start getting in shape for the holidays and beyond. Changing schedules for some of my clients have opened up a few training slots during the week. 8am and 9am - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday... 9am and 10am - Tuesday and Thursday 7pm - Tuesday and Thursday Additional extended hours are also available on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as normal hours from 6am-9pm, 7 days a week. Spring Nutrition Challenge! Last month, we started a contest to help clients keep a closer tab on their diets and promote positive meal choices. Simple rules: Eat something healthy then send me a picture. Each picture is worth a point and 60 points gets you a fancy t-shirt. ... The goal isn't to eat perfectly, but to simply become more aware and involved with the things we eat. Here's a sample of some of the 60+ submitted meals from the last few weeks. Keep it up!
