Hundreds of candidate petitions were filed past week in Harrisburg to get access to the April Primary ballots. Every year, enthusiastic volunteer hearts and souls are broken due to botched petitions, possibly intentional, but usually a function of disorganized campaigns, suffering from poor planning and preparation.
