Owner Doug Russell has "never seen a better maintained vault door."

Safesmith expert Doug Russell recently had the opportunity to work on 1 of 3 safes/ vaults at the oldest bank in Lancaster County located at 100 West Market St.... in Marietta. According to Doug, this ball safe is totally unique. The main vault in the bank (pictures to come) is amazingly preserved. Someone who worked at the bank (it closed in 2000) must have put a lot of TLC into maintaining the vault door as it was almost completely free of oxidation. See more
