Happy 4th!! Is anyone available to help with a transport this Friday OR foster? We have about 10 puppies (Russ litter) that need to come up. Transport help is needed from about 7 or 8am until noon. If you can foster, please let me know ASAP, I have to schedule transport and can't bring up unless they have somewhere to go. Thank you!!!

Adoption Alert! The Russ pups were found dumped at the shelter and are about 10 weeks old. They are lab mixes who will grow to about 45lbs, so the perfect medium-sized dog. Yesterday we brought up 9 more pups from Alabama. They are absolutely flooded down there, and it's worse than it's ever been. Currently we have 67 more dogs we are trying to get up and get homes for. That doesn't include the 10 we have in foster care here. Here are some pics from yesterday. Some are adopted and some still need homes. (Although I do see some foster fails in the works.) Can anyone foster this petite 10lb dachshund mix girl for just one night? She is arriving this Friday (7/2) morning but her scheduled foster isn't available until Saturday. I would hate to leave her behind. She is house and cratetrained and get along well with dogs, cats and kids!
