SOLD - The river house project is almost complete so we are putting it on the market. It is approximately 1500 sq ft with 3 bedroom and 1 and 3/4 baths situated on a 0.81 acre lot. So many updates including a new 12x32 deck on the back to enjoy those gorgeous views of the Allegheny. Please check out the photos for additional information.

River house project is almost complete.

The sun is out today and the snow is melting with temperatures projected to reach close to 70 on Tuesday, but we have to remember that it is still winter. I already have some people on the schedule for outside projects in the spring however the slow business during the winter months has given me the opportunity to put in some work at the River House. Things are coming along and the finishing work has started. I will post more in the upcoming weeks. I am hoping to have this project complete before things start to pick up for the spring and summer.
