Hi all! As we wrap up our season, our last gathering is going to be open to the community for trick or treat. Starting at 5 pm, come and see us for some treats before you make your other trick or treating rounds. The vista will be decorated for halloween in not too scary decor. Hi guys! So we still have the date of October 31st open. Anyone interested in a neighborhood trunk or treat for the kids At the Vista? Thinking of getting local businesses involved to decorate a site. Maybe we could get some food vendors. Let me know what you think, or if you know someone that may be interested.

We have been so fortunate to have some amazing weddings up at the Vista this year. Sometimes, there are a few surprises along the way. Our bride this weekend created such a beautiful setting that we found someone who stopped in to enjoy the view! Shawn places all the signs out the morning of the wedding, and then usually will swing by Sacred Oak Vista to make sure everything is ok before the couple arrives for their big day. * the owner has been found and she has been returned to her home!

Some super cute ideas for keeping the bride hidden prior to the ceremony. This could be a challenge at an outdoor venue, but it doesn't have to be!

Did anyone check out the beautiful sunset tonight? If so, let’s see your best pics. Here are mine. We were at the river tonight and I called my parents to go to the vista and get a shot. They missed the bright pink sky by a few minutes, but still got a gorgeous picture. The first pic is the vista. The second and third were taken at the river lot.

To this year's couples: As many of you have heard, there have been further restrictions placed on indoor events. At this time, there have been no new guideline changes for outdoor gatherings. Outdoor gatherings still may have no more than 250 guests. Please message me if you have any concerns about your event. If you know anyone in need of an outdoor venue, we have availability one these dates: July 18th July 25th August 15th September 26th... October 31st My heart goes out to those that have had their plans disrupted, and we are happy to help in anyway possible. See more

Have a wedding this fall! It’s a gorgeous time of year. These are our available dates: September 5, September 26, and October 31.

Lycoming county is set to go green June 5th! Our spacious open air pavilion is able to accomadate the distancing recommendations. An outdoor venue is generally regarded as more safe compared to an indoor event. If you are in need of a venue this year, or your plans have changed, contact us to see if we can help! We have some dates available this year and 2021. Safety is still a great priority! We will be implementing occupancy limitations, seating guidelines, and regular cleaning to reduce the transmission of covid.

Our first wedding season has come to a close. A huge thank you to the couples that have booked with us! We are so happy to announce that we will have optional transparent sides for our pavilion next year, that can be used at the renter's discretion. These will still allow guests to enjoy the beauty of nature, but without the threat of wind and rain! Schedule a tour, and book by the end of this year to take advantage of our 2019 rates!
