ICYMI: Clocks fell back one hour at 2AM this morning. Now, it'll be a little lighter in the mornings, and the sun will seem to set sooner, giving us a little less daylight in the evening. But where does this timing tradition come from? Ben Franklin thought changing clocks would save on candles for part of the year while wartime planners advocated it as an energy saver in the First World War. The bottom line of #DaylightSavingTime was always to save money or resources.
