Salon Ricochet

Dear Ricochet Family, The staff at Salon Ricochet hopes this finds you well. We are happy to announce that we will be reopening on July 7. Due to Covid-19 there will be some changes to the salon procedures: 1) Face masks MUST be worn at all times. No exceptions. No mask, no service. (Please bring a second disposable mask if you are receiving a color service).... 2) Please arrive no more that 5-10min prior to your appointment. Only one client per stylist will be allowed in the salon at any time. Clients will be required to remain in their stylist's chair for the duration of their service. 3) Every client will enter by the interior entrance of the building. Temperatures will be taken. (Per CDC guidelines anyone with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or above cannot receive services). Please give yourself enough time to cool down before your appointment. 4) Please bring only what is nessecary to your appointment. (ie- your cellphone, wallet/handbag, laptop and water bottle). Beverages and snacks will not be served. We've missed you so much and cannot wait to see you. FYI.....We promise we won't take any pictures of your quarantined hair. We are in the same boat!! We will return your calls and emails within 24/48hrs. Due to the overwhelming and tedious task of booking appointments, there will be no online booking options at this time.
