PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT I just received a second call in about two weeks asking if a listing was available for rent. Apparently there is a scam where someone claims to be the owner of a property that is currently listed for sale and offers it for rent. They "live in Georgia" and ask for the interested party to send a security deposit and they will in turn send the keys to the property to be picked up at FedEX. Please don't send money to anyone before you verify their identity. I plan to call the DA Monday.
