BIG BIG DAY for Kelly Haske Wilbraham!! First chin-up since 5th grade!! Since starting in July she’s lost 9lbs and 5% body fat. She’s put on muscle and gained ...a ton of strength! This may be the best reaction to a chin-up I’ve seen yet. Congrats Kelly and keep it up!!!
