Lockdown, what to do??? Sandie and I have spent the last several months reclaiming the woodshop from the spiders, dust and age. Also purchased a woodturning lathe which I have learned has a tremendous learning curve but we're making headway. The group photo is things I had done before Christmas. The reddish little tree is from 40+ year old redwood. There is spalted sugar maple and my favorite to work with, wormy chestnut. My best estimation is that the chestnut is more than 140 years old.

Congratulations to the Rockwood Class of 2020. Sandie and I would personally like to thank all the people involved in todays graduation ceremonies - administration, board, Vernon Shumaker and his crew and the seniors themselves. It was fantastic.
