A Kennett Square beauty going through some renovations; they had a few walls removed, requiring roughly 90 sq feet of weaving in, and a new install in their family room. In addition, we also replaced 7 outdated floor vents with flush mounted ones. The entire first floor was refinished and stained with Weathered Oak, and sealed with a Water Based polyurethane finish. These floors turned out great!

We took on this Ridley Park home a few weeks ago. The first and second floor were screened and recoated giving the floors a fresh new shine, essentially removing the top layer of damaged polyurethane. The kitchen and basement had brand new vinyl flooring installed giving this home the finishing touch. After being listed, it was was under contract within days!!!
