Philadelphia courts are closed through May 1, but judges continue to decide motions to reduce bail, lift detainers, and grant parole. As of yesterday, 20 inmates in Philadelphia jails had tested positive for COVID-19. We need to get people out of jail now before this virus spreads any further.
