I cannot believe the amount of love and support that has come Shannon Williams way since we found out she has breast cancer. It's absolutely astonishing. When t...he world has come to a place where I've honestly questioned why I brought kids into this cesspool we get dealt a hit that seriously put me into a mental state I haven't been near since my father was taken from me. But wait, we didn't ask for help or act like we needed it. Yet somehow we have been blessed with people reaching out, sending gifts, bringing dinner, buying dinner, checking on us everyday, etc. It would take me a month to thank everyone on here one by one. We appreciate you and love you all more than you will ever know. Lately I've found myself shedding tears more from being shown the greatness in people's hearts more than the pain I feel from the current state of my much better half. And I cannot thank you all enough for that. There were a small group of people from the fishing community that put together a fundraiser tournament for Shannon. Last I checked 156 people signed up. How insane is that?!? There were 26 prize packages donated from businesses, companies, and people that will be raffled off to the participants. The vast generosity and love from our friends, families, and fishing family gets me choked up on a regular basis. Thank you all for showing me the vast negativity that we see on the day to day on social media, the media and everywhere else you look is not all we have left to look forward too.
