MUST have box truck experience up to 22 foot box truck. Non-CDL. Position Objective: To deliver customer orders efficiently and accurately according to customer time restraints and/or demands. Activities: Assist in loading customer orders into truck/van. Drive truck/van to deliver customer orders to individual customer locations. Unload customer orders checking against invoices for accuracy. Store customer orders according to customer specifications and/or product requirements. Ie. Refrigerated vs. non-refrigerated. Load and record any customer returns. Collect and record payments from cash customers. Unload returns and store in proper location of warehouse. Turn all money, paperwork, keys, etc. into office. Skill Level: Demonstrate the ability to carry out duties with limited or no supervision. Demonstrate effective time management. Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines. Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrate communication skills necessary to maintain business relationships with customers. Demonstrate knowledge of geographical area. Possess a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license. Possess the ability to use a pallet jack and lift 50 60 lbs. ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS: *All job offers are contingent on passing a pre-employment drug test and background check * Must be available most Saturday’s to work *Able to pass Medical Card Exam

You will be required to perform duties in the following areas: 1). Order fulfillment Locate and pull product according to customer expectations Package product for shipment Label product for shipment 2). Receiving Check truck temperature and cleanliness Check product temperature Unload product from trucks Breakdown skids by item Count and verify product Check product for quality Record in receiving log Report and record any damages or shortages 3). Shipping Assist with the routing and loading of customer orders onto delivery trucks 4). Various duties as assigned Production/Packaging as needed Retrieve customer orders from voicemail and generate pick slips Maintain safety and sanitation standards Skills Needed The ability to prioritize activities The ability to work in a cold temperature climate The ability to bend, push and/or pull The ability to lift 50-60lbs. Communication skills to maintain information flow Forklift and power jack certified Computer skills *Previous experience in wholesale produce industry or related field is preferred. **Pre-employment and random drug testing is required.

Sales Representative Job Description Job Objective: Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generations through close, in an assigned territory. Work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values. Responsibilities: Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. We would like 10-15 per day or 50 per week contact calls. Ability to generate the following: $5000-7000 new sales in the 1 st year, $10,000 aggregate sales in the 2 nd year, and $15,000 aggregate sales in the 3 rd year. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up Identify and resolve client concerns Communicate new produce and service opportunities, specials developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff. Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock Follow-up for collection of payment Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise Other duties as assigned Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public. Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid state driver’s license and automobile. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and overnight travel. On call 1-2 times per month on a Saturday. Normal daily work hours are the following: 7:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Would need to report to Scheid Produce location on Monday, Thursday and Friday at 7:30am for obtaining prices changes and once a week Friday morning Sales meeting.
