One of our all-time favorite cheeses is back for a very limited time!! That would be GRASKAAS of course!! True cheese lovers know all about this young, mild, creamy cheese. Available for a very limited time until we run out! This cheese is made from the cows first milking of the spring. After the winter thaw when the fresh spring grass grows the cows are let out in the pastures to graze. Since it is the first grazing of the fresh spring grass you will find this cheese ultra-smooth with a creamy finish and a sweet flavor. Hurry into our stores and markets before it's gone!!
