I don't think I have spent enough time talking about how much I love my new sign. This was made by Jodi @batfactory. She has been an artist with me from the beginning. I'm so happy she took on the challenge of making this sign for me. Love it!

She graduated from the New York Phoenix School of Design. She also obtained a bachelor's degree from Empire State College. After a 30-year career owning and operating an early childhood education center, she retired and had returned to artistic roots. She renders landscapes, fauna and flora in pastels, but her passion is in portraiture. Since she started drawing at the age of 12 she has loved to draw faces. Her approach is realistic but with striving for resemblance of her subjects she also strives to portray what the subject may be feeling. What are the symptoms happy, sad or anxious, she strives to convey this in her drawings. She prefers pastels because she enjoys using her hand and fingers to manipulate the medium.
