We know Thanksgiving is over....but there are still many things our community wants to express thanks for, so we will continue to add a few more! More than a f...ew folks submitted some sort of Thank you to the employees and administration of our Midd-West, Selinsgrove, & SUN Vo-Tech Schools. So thank you to all of those working in our Snyder County schoolsand really schools everywhere! Here are just a few ‘Thank you to the top notch custodial crew. You are dealing daily with new challenges and much added work-well done-we appreciate you all!’ ‘School nurses rock! Thank you for caring for & comforting our kids when we can’t. We know your job is especially crazy this year!’ ‘Our school secretaries, librarians, aides, and many more under-recognized members of the school team, deserve so much respect and thanks-especially this year!’ ‘Thank you food service & cafeteria workers!This year sure is different but know that we appreciate you showing up to be sure the students can receive meals whether school is remote or in-person.’ ‘...would just like to thank the superintendents and the School Districts administration and staff for doing their best to keep our schools open during the COVID-19 pandemic. A lot of behind-the-scenes work including very long hours and weekend work has gone into making our school district a safe environment for all student and employees. Musical Greetings, everyone! The SAHS Music Department is virtually hosting #aneveningofChristmas with Re-Creation USA, Inc on Wednesday, December 9that 7 pm...! We encourage you to watch this amazing show full of Holiday cheer which also includes Liam Finnerty, a SAHS alumnus from the class of 2020. I have seen portions of the show and it is sure to please each member of the family, whether near or far! Please share on your social media pages and/or email.
