So she fired them and gave us a call and we came to the rescue. We finished the job in approximately four to five hours 1200 square feet. Now the house is complete and the customer is ready to move in. Remember when buying carpet or flooring. You're always better off going to a reta...iler who can sell you the product and also install it and you won't run into this type of problem. Lately we have been running into a lot of issues like this people are just unqualified to be installing carpet and flooring. Any issues buying from big box stores and then being forced to hire your own installers you just don't know who you're going to get. Good possibility you could be buying yourself a big problem. All I can say is consumers Beware with these big box stores that are selling carpet and flooring. Inexperienced sales people and inexperienced installers cause many headaches.
