My Restaurant Colleagues... I know this is a tough time for all of us. This Coronavirus has affected too many of us. Many of us are providing Take out and Curb Side pick ups. Food Safety is still so important. Remember to always wash your hands and follow all Food Safety procedures so we can get thru this terrible time. For those of you that are quarantined, and need to take the ServSafe Manager Food Safety Course, you can take the class Online, in Spanish and English. Then once the quarantine is lifted, you can just take the exam, of course with a proctor present. Dana Food Safety LLC is offering a discount on all ServSafe Manager Online Courses and Exams. We will be offering a 25% discount. We hope to hear from you soon! Thank you.

Happy New Year! We’ve got some great news. We’ve made a resolution to continue to give you outstanding service. Please visit us in the new year. We look forward to seeing you! Starting in 2020, the Pennsylvania Food Code will require that the person in charge of a food service operation be a certified food protection manager, and such a person must be onsite at all times during operating hours. That means at least one employee on each shift must become certified.
