The last few weeks has brought many new challenges to all of us in EMS, one of these being as simple as finding somewhere to eat. Our crews spend many hours on the road and aren’t always able to cook for themselves. Now with many places being closed and even more being drive-thru only it has added to our always present problem. Last night our crews ordered from Zala’s and were not only provided with great food but were also given their meal free of charge. We can’t begin to... tell you how appreciative we are of things like this and how they can make an entire shift so much better for us. From all of us at STCAS we’d like to give a huge thank you to Zala’s Cafe!
