So... Petey needed a new coat. His old one was wearing out. His owner had a fleece jacket that had "memories". She also liked that the old one was (accidently?) made with the velcro closure on the top so she had an easier time putting it on him. So now Petey has a new coat, one with memories for the owner. It was easier making the coat than it was getting him to hold still to put it on!
