HUGS Ecuador: This is a medical mission trip in cooperation with our community partner in Ecuador, the Foundation for the Medical Relief of Children. Activities include shadowing doctors in the local health clinic, a tour of the local hospital, assisting doctors with nutritional advice and home visits to pregnant women, newborn babies and disabled patients.

Calling participants! This study requires the completion of two questionnaires and one balance/ functional assessment administered virtually through Zoom/ Google Hangouts. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and have not completed a structured exercise intervention in the last 3 months.
