Rest In Peace Trilok Rainbow Baba I was not shocked rather saddened by the call that Trilok Rainbow Baba has passed away from a heart attack in Varanasi. When I arrived at Kumbhmela on the first week of February. I had not eaten in four days. I had only two hundred rupees and my phone was dead and I was impossible to find a place to charge it. I was trying to find the Iskon camp. So I could have a good meal and have a safe place for my bags. Trilok was standing in the s...treet and he looked at me and said YES HOW CAN I HELP YOU. I explained my situation and he said DO NOT WORRY I KNOW WHERE TO TAKE YOU. He paid for the rickshaw to take us to the other side of the river to Sector Ten. The Rainbow Camp. YOU WILL BE GOOD HERE. A SAFE PLACE FOR YOUR BAGS. THERE IS FOOD AND A PLACE TO CHARGE YOUR PHONE AND LOTS OF FOREIGNERS TO TALK TO. Over the next few weeks we got to know each other pretty well. I was impressed with the fact that he did Japa everyday and extended himself to help others. When he found out I was carrying my brothers ashes with me he arrange a Pooja at the Ganga for my brothers soul to be released. The next day he said YOU HAVE TO FEED EVERYONE AT THE CAMP. I ask how I have no money. A couple hour later he came to me and said THE CHAI STAND ACROSS THE STREET WANT TO FEED EVERYONE AT THE CAMP. THIS IS FOR YOUR BROTHERS CEREMONY. Indian ceremonies are generally small and very intimate. You want everyone there to have good thoughts and to focus on the intention of the ceremony but afterwards you should feed as many people as possible because food makes people happy and when everyone is happy because you fed them the intention of the ceremony gets magnified. All the food went and everyone was extremely happy. I can’t even express how good I felt for my brother and for the camp and especially towards Trilok. After Kumbhamela we traveled to Varanasi together and stayed at an ashram. During the day we would have chai and chat in Assi Ghat. I started gravitating more towards the river and eventually I decided to stay with the Babas on the Ghat.
