Our chocolate makers are carefully destemming dried roses to refine into their chocolate, destined for a limited run of Rose Drinking Chocolate in early February! We'll be starting Valentine's Day pre-orders for special, limited run confections next week on our website!

Our elevated craft Chocolate Bomb is back!House-Blend Dark Chocolate is molded into the shape of the Liberty Bell and filled with House-Made Vanilla Marshmallows.Make your own Bean-to-Bell drinking chocolate by pouring heated milk over the Incredi-Bell and watch as the marshmallows inside are unleashed and float to the top.

Little did we know how prophetic last New Year’s windows would be. In Dec. 2019, our designer and the rest of the @shaneconfectionery team decided to incorporate our antique articulated skeleton, lovingly named Bougie Bones, into every window display of 2020. We think they turned out beautifully That all said, thank you so much for your continued support throughout this difficult year. Here’s to a healthier, happier 2021! We’ll be open 12:00p-7:00p today (New Year’s Eve), and will be Closed tomorrow (New Year’s Day).

Dear friends & customers, we learned today that one of our back of house co-workers has tested positive for COVID-19. They have not been on site at Shane Confectionery since last Mon. Dec. 15th. They fortunately were not onsite when they experienced their first symptoms of a fever and headache on Dec. 16th, and have remained home and in quarantine since. We received news of their results today. We have notified all staff who were in close contact with this co-worker, all of ...whom are currently in quarantine and getting tested as a precautionary measure; none have experienced symptoms. As a note, none of our front of house coworkers are among those potentially exposed. We have also been in direct communication with the Philadelphia Department of Health to confirm we're doing everything as safely as possible. Since many of our back of house co-workers are now off-site, we will be wrapping up the Christmas season with a limited staff and sweets selection. We are still open and happy to see you this holiday season, but please be patient as we navigate this unusual & stressful time!
