Time is precious to all of us especially for patients and families facing a life-limiting illness. When a cure is no longer possible, every moment counts and quality time with your loved one becomes more important than ever. Studies have indicated that terminally ill patients who chose hospice care have lived an average of 29 days longer compared to patients with similar diagnoses that did not choose hospice care. Hospice care may prolong the lives of some terminally ill patients as well as increase their quality of life. If you or someone you know, may benefit from hospice services please do not hesitate to give us a call at Sharon Regional Hospice.
