This is the latest update we have received from our Intermediate Unit: Unfortunately, our circuit provider has investigated a re-route and has confirmed that one is not possible. We have continued to escalate with our circuit provider and have confirmed that all available measures have been taken to restore service as soon as possible. The local utility provider has declared the man hole unsafe until all electrical hazards are cleared, but is not able to remove power from the... surrounding buildings without first placing them on generator. We are again speaking to our circuit provider requesting an escalation and will provide all updates as they become available.

The internet is still down this morning due to a problem on the provider's end. We will have service when their problem is resolved. Thank you for your patience.
