As Service Writer/Warranty Admin, you will be responsible for the following: - Scheduling appointments for both customers + technicians. - Consulting with customers on service specials. - Keeping customers informed on status of vehicle. - Communicating with technicians to make sure all concerns are addressed. - Checking in/out customers through the Service Department desk. - Organizing + handing out worksheets to the technicians. - Stay up-to-date on handling and submitting any/all warranty claims through the Service Department.
