Great weather for running! If you are looking to start up you need a goal. Check out the Hollidaysburg YMCA 5,10 and 15K programs. I 've heard good things from those who have done it.

BELLWOOD TRACK! WEDNESDAY! INTERVALS! 8PM! BE THERE! We are doing Yasso 800's or whatever distance you prefer. Weather is going to be great...I hope. The 4th race is coming up soon. Sign up for the 5 or 15 to give yourself a goal to shoot for. If you don't know what a Yasso is ask Bart.
