One of the many benefits of working out in our private fitness facility is the cleanliness. Since our sessions are one-on-one, we are able to maintain a higher standard of disinfection because we have the time to care for our facility before, during and after individual sessions. You can feel confident that this is our top priority! Additionally, for the safety of all of our current clients we are asking that if you show any signs of illness stay home!!
