Trained under an excellent Chef from the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Steve has catered in upscale venues such as Heinz Hall, the Heinz History Center, The Pennsylvanian, Phipps Conservatory, and Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall. Whether you function is small or large, in your home or an outside venue of your choice, we can custom create a menu to meet your needs. From Filet Mignon and Lobster Thermador to the Pittsburgh classic "Pigs and Rigs", Chef Steve will make your event spectacular.
