There have been many people asking about our future in light of Wanda’s recent passing. After much prayer and consideration, Andy has decided to continue on with the business and we will resume our processing schedule. We will also be accepting Muzzeloader and Archery deer through the upcoming season. We have been a strong family operated business for over 50 years and 3 generations. We hope to continue that for many more to come. We are so appreciative and overwhelmed with all of the thoughts and prayers for our family. It is with an enormously heavy heart that I let everyone know of the sudden and tragic passing of my Mother over the weekend. We have received an outpouring of prayers and support and greatly appreciate the kind words that you have shared. As you all know, Silvis and Sons has been in business for over 50 years and my parents have ran this business together side by side for many of those. If you knew my family, you know that she was our rock and put family and others before herself. I’ve included the times for her service below and would greatly appreciate prayers for my father and family in the coming days and weeks.

We are throwing it back on Thanksgiving Thursday! This was my buck of a lifetime, back just a few years ago, lol! This is actually just one of my very special memories of my life, and one that involved hunting, lol. Hey rifle hunters if you go out hunting for a buck starting on Saturday November 30th, and you have a successful hunt, give us a call for all your deer processing needs. The deer that you bring to us, is the deer that we will will cut to your liking! We cape, s...kin, cut, double wrap and freeze your deer, as well as make various specialty meats, such as smoked deer hams, kolbassi, bologna, summer sausage, hot sticks, all of which are available with cheddar or pepper jack cheese added. We can also slice your deer for jerky meat as well. We also make all kinds of various sausages such as breakfast, hot Italian, sweet Italian, and maple.This was such an awesome day for me, one that I will always remember! The hunt is always about making memories with family! It doesn’t always matter the size of your buck, but about those memories that you will cherish even after some of the ones you shared them with are gone! Have a safe and most of all memorable hunt everyone! Thank you to all of our customers, past, present, and future customers! We do appreciate each and everyone of you! Hey rifle hunters, if you go out hunting, and you have a successful hunt, bring us your deer for all your deer processing needs. We skin, cut, double wrap and ...freeze, as well as cape your trophy, if you need to have one mounted. We make deer bologna, kolbassi, hot sticks, summer sausage, and deer hams, all prepared and smoked in our hickory smokehouse. We also make hot Italian sausage, sweet Italian, and various kinds of breakfast sausages. We can also slice it for jerky as well. We don’t mix everyone’s deer together, therefore, the deer you bring us, will be the deer you get processed, cut to your order. Best of luck beginning on Saturday November 30th.
