Normally the salon would be bustling. The smiles and laughter would be at its peak. The Christmas music, the exchange of gifts. It's the time of year we see every one of our SiMPLEE U friends and show our love and appreciation for your continued support. But the universe had other plans for us. For the safety of our stylist, their families, our amazing supportive clients, We unfortunately had to make a difficult decision. We have temporarily suspended services. We will ...resume December 28th. The holiday season is usually our busiest. Though we are sad, we are going to embrace this extra time with our families. It's the worst time of year for us to close but guess what, We are going to grow from this. If you had an appointment you will hear from us. Even though we can't do what we love, the salon store front will still be open. We are so grateful for your support! Gift Sets, all your favorite products, hand crafted jewelery, soaps, Macrame! And of course SiMPLEE U Gift Cards! Beginning tomorrow our store hours are as follows: Friday 10-2 Saturday 10-2 CLOSED Sunday Monday 2-6 Tuesday 2-6 Wednesday 10-2 Closed Christmas eve till December 28th. Do you want the good news first or the bad news? My guess, the bad news first. Our favorite local restaurants are no longer allowed to remain open for indoor seating. We can not stress enough how much your local businesses are struggling! We are barely breaking even. Some are even using their life savings to survive this. They have had to navigate through online shopping, gift cards, curbside, and take out. You can not imagine the stress they are under and the employees they... have to let go. They need your support NOW more then ever! Normally the holiday season is when we make the most of our income for the year, but unfortunately that is not the case this year! If you are getting gifts for family members, we encourage you to shop local. We encourage you to pay it forward! Now the good news... salons were not included in the new restrictions! WOOHOO!! We are remaining optimistic in hope's our industry can survive this. Our salon friends in New York and California are closed. Gosh we love you guys! We are taking this very seriously and hope you all understand! -Please remember to wear your mask at all times. -Call when you arrive. We will welcome you in after proper sanitation. - Arrive on time. Every minute counts. - Please arrive alone. We can only operate at a 50% capacity. So that means one stylist to one guest ratio. No exceptions. - If you need to cancel please do so within 24 hours notice. - If you no show SiMPLEE U, SHAME ON YOU! That 3 hour appointment is now wasted sitting around instead of our stylist being able to support their families. It's not fair to our team and our business since we are only making 50% of what we're used to. We do have a no show policy and it will be honored. - We have a cleaning crew that comes in weekly, as well as our daily protocols and procedures. Happy Birthday SiMPLEE U! Today we celebrate the beginning of our 5th year in business. In this past year I think we should celebrate daily for all we have been through. Whether we celebrate our year at the beginning or the end let's just be grateful for where we are. Let's celebrate the lessons we've learned. The people who have supported us!
