My heart is so heavy as I put down in words that our dear friend, colleague and superb caregiver Annette Hayles passed away unexpectedly last night. She was one of my first SKR employees since 2011 and stayed with me during all the hiccups of starting a new company, always loyal and always by my side! Her famous line...’I have your back’. Annette gave 150% to her clients and guided me in raising the bar in caregiving. Any client she helped became family. She led with her hear...t and made all her clients feel like they were her first and only! Nothing was too much for her and she never ever complained. The SKR family are all shocked and saddened by this news as Annette was a power house!! She was so full of life and so full of LOVE!!! She had a heart of gold and was so fiercely loyal to her friends and family!! Annette was more than a caregiver to me. She was my friend and my family! And she loved her grandson Noah!!! So please let’s say a silent prayer for Shanee and for Noah and her family and friends who are all reeling from this news. May she Rest In Peace.
