PUBLIC INFORMATION : As discussed at our Borough Council meeting a few months ago we are now enforcing parking around town. If you happen to come out and see one of these orange tickets on your vehicle they can be paid at the Borough office by placing them in the drop box. One of the most frequently asked questions is about Main Street. There is a two hour parking limit in all parking spaces from 100 block of East Main (by pump house) all the way through the 500 block of West Main (Courthouse)

PUBLIC INFORMATION!!!! As of tomorrow December 1, 2020 our Borough office will be closed to the public until further notice to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Our secretary’s and Police Officers along with our road crew will still be working full weeks and will be available by phone 814-887-5815. The drop box is still available for utility payments and parking ticket payments, in addition utility payments can be made online at www.smethport pa.org or by mail 201 West Main St rear Smethport PA 16749.
