SML Property Services LLC gratefully acknowledges all of our customers during this pandemic crisis and we are glad that we could and will continue to provide our services to you. Today the decision was made at SML that we will not be applying for any of the small business stimulus loans, the employee paycheck protection loan, or the self employed loan. Throughout the course of the on-going pandemic we will work it out with our loyal customers and with their continuing supp...ort make it work. It has been and will continue to be a difficult endeavor for SML as a young/small business to get passed this crisis but it is our position that there are too many other struggling and hungry families in need at the moment or those who may be in this situation in the coming months. It is SML’s hope this money will find its way to them or to another small business in need that is not able to keep their doors open such as us. This is the least we can do but not the only thing we will do. Throughout the Stay-at-Home period SML will only be offering emergency and essential services to our customers and we thank our other very patient clients for their understanding of the current situation. Our spring project board is filling and all of the SML wheels will soon be rolling once again. Until then we too need to protect our SML team's families and will only be doing projects that only require immediate attention. SML is also forever grateful to everyone who has reached out and offered us their surplus masks, gloves, etc when there was not any to be found.
