We’re seeking a reliable, friendly, and energetic person who can kindly and effectively oversee a small team of fantastic people. Management requires good communication, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Knowing how to self-direct is important, as well as being able to lead and oversee a small team. Experience with fine-quality coffee and/or food is preferred.
