Getting it done today! Customer thought about maybe re working the existing building but upon further on site evaluation the structure was beyond repair so we are taking it down and preparing for our new plans to start coming to life here shortly. This will be an exciting before and after for one of our regular clients!

Next rain day project is turning this stuff into an 8x10 shed to go onto that 11x16 pad that we built yesterday afternoon. Build the floor, trusses, cut all the material to size and haul to site for assembly on the following sunny day. Need a little shed custom built to match your home exactly? We were going to bust this Waterford job into 2 parts but figured we're having to much fun to pull off for a while. Custom door going into the upstairs soon! Lots of tideous trim work goes into finishing the interior of these buildings properly but its so refreshing to see it transform in the end!

Part one of Eldreds garage remodel

This week is finished! Ripped off and replaced 17 sq of shingles in Erie and laid 39sq of metal roofing in Edinboro!

Ringing in the new year with some rainy day roofing! The nice thing is once you're completely soaked you can't really get any wetter I guess

Some other miscellaneous work completed this year but not all of it. Would like to thank the people we had the chance to build for this past year! Being our 2nd season in we were able to double what we built last year for the 1st season just in pole buildings plus some various other work we did in between. Very grateful and appreciative of the help and everything we could get done together! Looking forward to another season ahead of us and the new opportunities to come.
