Members and Friends We are happy to announce our reopening Friday June 5th. As we are required to put protective measures in place, we will need your help to do your part. We will communicate these practices at your first visit. Your membership will be re-established once you have completed this brief orientation. Check this page and Google for further information on upcoming staff hours. You may also email your questions to [email protected] and we will reply promptly. We are excited to reopen and get back to business. We have made extensive improvements during the closure and look forward to having you back.

Hi Members and Followers. If you ride by South6 you’ll notice our sign has been removed. The front of the building is being painted and a new awning and sign will be installed across the front entrance. We have continued to make other great improvements inside during the closure including new flooring throughout the gym, equipment refurbishing, a new front counter, painting and other great improvements. We will share more soon and look forward to our reopening hopefully in the coming weeks.

Governor Tom Wolf has issued a statewide shutdown of non-essential businesses to close for 14 days. It is with heavy heart that we will be closing the gym until further notice. We hope that everyone stays healthy and safe during this unfortunate time. For paid memberships, you will not lose credit for this shut down period.

It's hard to believe, but next week will mark our 5 year anniversary owning this great business. What makes this gym so special though is the outstanding people that come here everyday.
