SEPA USBC has sent important new season information to league officials via email. Included is this notice that the Bella Vista office has closed.

USBC National has published their emergency actions regarding governance through this period when pandemic restrictions are in place. The national convention has been cancelled. New board directors have been appointed by the incoming president. Special activities slated for this 2020 convention will take place next year. Important information regarding the cancellation of PA STATE USBC tournaments and events (4/13/20) The Pennsylvania State USBC Board has been closely monitoring the Covid-19 pandemic. Our most important priorities when evaluating the situation is for the health and safety of our members, their families and our local communities. With the uncertainty as to when it will be safe to return to normal activities, it is with great disappointment to announce the cancellation of all a...dult and youth tournaments through July 31, 2020. The following tournaments have been cancelled: Open Championship Tournament Women’s Championship Tournament Mixed Tournament Women’s Senior Tournament Youth Open Tournament District Pepsi/HDCP Singles Tournament State Pepsi/HDCP Singles Tournament All entry fees received will be refunded in the coming weeks. Please be patient while we process the return of the entry fees, they will be done as quickly as possible. The Pennsylvania State USBC Annual Meeting scheduled for July 10-12, 2020 has been postponed indefinitely. We are seeking advice from USBC on guidance and options if an annual meeting would be required to be held. Please stay safe, stay home and we look forward to seeing everyone real soon! IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: SOUTHEAST PA USBC 2020 OPEN CHAMPIONSHIPCANCELLED This communication serves as notice that we are officially cancelling our 2020 Open Championship tournament. During a recent Board meeting, the decision to cancel all remaining events was made. This includes our Seniors event scheduled to take place in May.... For those who had reserved spots, we are in the process of refunding all money received. To anyone who purchased raffle tickets for either of the two fund-raiser baskets, we plan to hold a public drawing at Erie Lanes when safely possible.
