In the words of the brewers:"Topos is an unfiltered traditional pilsner with flavors of fresh hay, powerful spicy German noble hops, and delicate floral honey. As you know COVID-19 has brought much of the world to a halt. Stopping the spread of the virus means that we have had to take the extraordinary precautions of closing our doors for the health and safety of our customers and our employees. Unfortunately, closing our doors means that our hard-working staff are now out of work. As tipped workers our staff now face the uncertainty of being able pay their bills and keep their heads above water. South Philadelphia Tap Room has been... part of the community for 17 years and so have our dedicated employees. We are more than just a neighborhood bar to many of our customers. We have been fortunate enough to share many of the milestones in our community and in our customers lives.
