We’re looking for a highly organized car dealership office manager to lead our daily operations. In this multifaceted full-time role, you’ll be in charge of overseeing office operations, streamlining systems, and ensuring our front office staff and processes maintain efficiency. The ideal candidate is a meticulous professional with excellent computer and communication skills who is passionate about their work. Prefer office management experience at an automotive dealership. O...r previous office management experience, willing to train the right individual. You will be working directly with the owner to learn the Sales, Service and Body SHop side of this industry, great opportunity for the right person. Lead front office management process and staff, including day-to-day operations, in collaboration with the general manager and other store managers' needs Streamline auto dealer systems, including organizing filing systems, ordering office supplies, maintenance, scheduling meetings, and preparing financial statements Make sure dealership accounting office and auto finance policies are adhered to and reflect our company’s high standards Communicate with third-party vendors, contractors, service providers, and customers as a professional representative of our dealership management team Perform additional human resources and office administration duties, as needed
