Update: Northampton County Prison - Apply for Early Release and/or Release on Bail We have received a number of calls regarding the status of Northampton County Prison and Northampton County's Work Release Facility in particular. We are petitioning the Court for the early-release of certain inmates. ... Individuals with high health risks and those held on pre-trial confinement and/or probation violations will be considered. Inmates incarcerated for violent or sexual offenses will not be eligible for our services, nor will inmates under the age of 55 whom have more than 60 days left on their sentence.
