Weekly Press Blotter October 26, 2020 10-19-20 1316 hrs. Officers were called to the parking lot of St. Francis Church 100 block Saxer Av. to investigate an unconscious person inside a running vehicle. Contact was made with the driver who was found to be intoxicated. The driver, 58 yr. old male from Glenolden, was transported to a hospital for treatment and did submit to a blood test. Charges for DUI are pending. 10-23-20 1419 hrs. Officers responded to the area of the Stoney Creek Shopping Center to investigate an altercation between a male a female. It was learned that both had been arguing loudly when the male punched the female in the back of the head. Nazir Allford 30 yr. old male from Philadelphia was taken into custody and charged with Assault. He was arraigned and taken to Delaware County Prison. 10-24-20 0236 hrs. Officers were called to the unit block Saxer Av. for a fight. They found three males and a female in the area of Orchard Rd. Two males and the female had sustained injuries in an altercation that may have started at a local bar and ended on Saxer Av. Two of the males and the female needed medical attention, and the males were transported to hospitals. Investigation is continuing by Det. McCarthy. See more
