Gregory Hugh Brady spent a lot of time working on this with me. The cartoons are his work......very cool and with a humorous twist to it. Started the song in my old Springfield Recording Studio with Erik Scattareggia engineering the tracks. Thanks to Keith Giosa Giosa for the keyboard work as always and for putting down the bass track with Fred Berman playing drums. Nice horns with Bill Butryn on saxes and Julius Brown playing brass. Clara Bien with her silly comments as alwa...ys, and my friends Morris Mcfarland and Millard Brown for lending their voices and Eric Sayles for guitar work. Me...I took a break and just sang the lyrics Clara and I worked on. Inspired by our overzealous Home Owner's Association thinking they had a better idea for our 22 plus years of personalized garden out front. They took our plantings, Iris, Crocus, tulips and Hyacinths and removed them and put some non-descript colorless vegetation in that we don't care care for. Gregory Hugh Brady brought in and tracked the horns and guitar at his studio 1311 in Glen Mills. We had some spare time during the pandemic and it was fun to stretch our creative legs. More to come.....these are crazy times and creating music and art helps us endure the isolation and the insanity.
