New Guidelines for Quest Roadside Assistance and their customers Dear Valued Service Provider, Everyone at Questx would like to take a moment to thank you for your service during these unprecedented times. As we continue to see the virus spread peaking in North America, we wanted to reach out to say that we hope you, your family, and employees are in good health and safe!... We understand how challenging it is for you during these trying times. We truly applaud your commitment to our customers when they need help the most. In order to be of assistance, we've put together some key safety protocols and best practices around how to deal with a roadside incident: Disinfect areas of contact with the truck (both inside and outside). The CDC recommends a 70% or higher alcohol-based disinfectant with Ethyl alcohol being the most effective. Disinfect electronics and tools. Use disposable gloves and face masks for an added layer of protection, especially in hard-to-avoid situations. When doing maintenance on the truck, consider changing cabin air filters more frequently. If you have a no-ride-along policy, please inform one of our Questx agents or respond to the digital dispatch accordingly. We will find out if the customer has any medical issues that we need to be aware of when we are initially contacted. We will pass on that information to you. If necessary, we will find alternative transportation means for the customer. We ask that you remain on-scene when the customer’s safety is compromised. If you or another one of your drivers arrive on the scene and has concerns, please contact the Questx dispatch center. We will work with them on alternative transportation measures for the customer. If you have any concerns about the health of a driver, please do not allow them to take calls for any reason. You are the foundation of our business. We know you love what you do and so do we. At the end of the day, we are both here to help people when they find themselves in an unexpected roadside event. We want to thank you for all the great work you do for the countless number of customers every single day. Till next time, please stay safe! Questx

New guidelines from Honk roadside assistant Update to our ride-along policy To ensure the health and safety of you and your operators, Partners during this time WILL NOT be penalized for declining to provide a ride-along when a customer requests one. ... If you or one of your operators receives an alert where a ride-along is requested in the job notes, and you do not feel comfortable accommodating, please contact the customer immediately to inform them that you will not be able to provide a ride to the destination. At the time of dispatch we will communicate with customers that ride-alongs may not be available and they shall seek alternative means of transportation where possible. This is temporary as we work along CDC guidelines to ensure that social distancing measures are adhered to during this COVID-19 emergency
