With sadness, the Province of the Most Sacred Heart in the United States of America of our Congregation of Sister Servants of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus announces the passing today of our beloved Mother Amabilis (Ursula) Debicka, SSCJ. Mother was the first superior, formator and first Provincial of the American foundation of our Congregation. She was a truly loving and saintly soul. Mother Amabilis Debicka, was aged 94, in her 66th year of consecrated life. She died today at noon at St. Joseph Convent in Munster Township, Portage, Pennsylvania, surrounded by our Sisters whom she loved so dearly. Arrangements are pending with Wroblewski Funeral Home of Forty Fort, PA, in conjunction with Matthew DeCort Funeral Home of Portage, PA.

(31, 33) If you want to ponder the profound depth of this love, simply examine the works of the God-man, particularly the three eternal masterpieces of His love the crib, the cross, and the Eucharist. Kneel before the tabernacle and meditate on the incredible length that Jesus took to conceal Himself in the Eucharist, such a complete sacrifice of Himself, so total a dedication to mankind, all prompted by divine love.
