Friends, Due to Governor Wolf’s orders, we can no longer meet in person as indoor gatherings of more than 10 people are prohibited beginning Saturday, Dec. 12th. Our plan had been to have one more service this Sunday and then move to virtual services but our timetable has been accelerated. We will not be able to hold our annual congregational meeting and have been assured by the Bishop that we can operate under this year’s budget with the current council members until a me...eting is possible and safe. We still plan to gather at 4:30 pm on Christmas Eve at the Jack Treas Park, masked and distanced for a service. Additionally our conference has created a Christmas Eve video service which you will be able to access. This is certainly disappointing but necessary as the pandemic continues to worsen. Please pray for Gov. Wolf, Secretary Levine, essential workers and those who are ill. You may contact Vicar Mindy at 570-742-7146 for pastoral needs. Wishing you a safe and meaningful holiday.
